This newly built luxury first floor apartment, is south facing and spacious, set amongst the beautiful tropical gardens with partial views to one of the five pools, (one heated from October to May). The gardens and water course have been designed to replicate the gardens of the famous Alhambra palace in Granada.

Our own tennis courts are available free of charge and is just a short stroll away from the beach where Roberto’s beach bar can be found serving delicious meals and snacks with views to the Mediterranean Sea and the rock of Gibraltar.

The famous Marbella and Puerto Banus renowned for its nightlife is a short drive away, for those requiring something a little more relaxing there is Benavista with excellent bars, restaurants, shops and banks a few minutes walk away.

The famous Spanish village of Benahavis is a short drive away and packed with good quality restaurants at very reasonable prices.

There is an abundance of golf courses the highest concentration in Europe. For the family there is the new wildlife park of Selwo only 10 minutes drive away where animals can be seen in surroundings close to their natural environment with restaurants and picnic areas giving panoramic views of the whole coast from Gibraltar to Malaga.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms Air conditioning/Heating a good sized kitchen well equipped which includes washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, iron, toaster, etc. all new, a serving hatch leads to a large lounge dining area fully tiled in cream marble with dining table and chairs, two sofas, coffee table, and includes 25" satellite TV. video and Hi Fi. with patio doors leading to a large south facing terrace with table and chairs.

The main bedroom has a large 6ft wide double bed capable of being split into two singles. It aslo has bedside cabinets, table lamps all new, fitted wardrobes complete with safe, ensuite bathroom with sink and vanity unit, toilet, bidet, bath fitted with shower unit, a hairdryer is supplied. The room is all tiled in marble with patio doors leading to the terrace.

The second bedroom has two single beds capable of being zipped together to make a large double bed. It also has a bedside cabinet all new, fitted wardrobes and a bathroom identical to the main bedroom, with good sized windows opening onto a small terrace an extra folding bed is also available.

This apartment has the versatility of being two twin bedrooms or two doubles.

All towels and bed linen are new and included.

With 24 hour security all year round, a life guard by the main pool in the summer, El Presidente is an ideal place for a safe, relaxing holiday, the apartment is cared for by the owners who themselves live on El Presidente and are available to seek advice from and answer any of your questions.
